We can take you through the immigration implications of expanding your family through inter-country adoption and surrogacy arrangements and find solutions to help your family live together in the UK.

This is a complex area of law and it is important to be aware that overseas adoption or surrogacy agreements do not necessarily lead to immigration permission or British citizenship. Whether you are bringing your child to the UK for the first time or applying to remain here, we can guide you through the process and find a solution. We can work closely with your family lawyer, or help you find a family lawyer if you do not already have one.
