Elisenda joined the Legal Aid Immigration Team at Turpin Miller in September 2024 and is now a Senior Caseworker within the Deportation and Detention team.
She assists individuals facing deportation from the UK with appeals in the First-tier and Upper Tribunals on human rights grounds. She also regularly works with those detained under immigration powers and assists in obtaining Home Office accommodation.
