Alistair has over a decade of experience in operational roles, having led multiple organisation-wide changes in technology and structure. This includes identifying issues, proposing solutions to stakeholders, negotiating with suppliers, and project managing rollouts effectively. Alistair has done this with large scale telephony, organisational IT works, building fire health & safety management, and more.
