The wonderful solicitors Turpin Miller got everything together. Such was the quality of the evidence they collated that the FTJ asked me to pass on his thanks for an "exceptionally well put together bundle". We then had a total of 7 witnesses to call and again Turpin Miller organised everyone so that they were on hand to testify remotely when required.
The entire process was very well organised. Outcome of all this diligence? Appeal allowed on the day after being told "I don't need to hear from you..." Yukino holds a bachelor’s degree in Japanese Business Law awarded by Hiroshima University, and later completed her Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and LLM in Legal Practice (LPC LLM) in the UK.
Yukino’s recent experience includes representing an equine company in their successful application for a sponsor licence; acting as a Level 1 User for a higher education provider, achieving a 100-percent success rate with their student visa applications; and advising students on the new Immigration Rules restricting international students from bringing their dependants.
Yukino has supported cases with complex compliance issues for a broad range of sponsors, trading in sectors such as hospitality, care, biopharma, tech, charity, education and the equine.
