The wonderful solicitors Turpin Miller got everything together. Such was the quality of the evidence they collated that the FTJ asked me to pass on his thanks for an "exceptionally well put together bundle". We then had a total of 7 witnesses to call and again Turpin Miller organised everyone so that they were on hand to testify remotely when required.
The entire process was very well organised. Outcome of all this diligence? Appeal allowed on the day after being told "I don't need to hear from you..." Kriti Khadka
Kriti is a Senior Caseworker and a member of our Business and Skilled Immigration Team.
Kriti joined Turpin Miller in November 2017 and is able to advise on a wide range of immigration issues which includes spouse visa, citizenship, overseas British passport, settlement, citizenship, skilled worker and long residence rules.
She has a keen interest in complex Appendix FM, nationality cases and business immigration.
Kriti graduated with an LLB(Hons) in Law from Kingston University and has further completed her LLM(LPC) with University of Law.
Before joining Turpin Miller she worked as a Trainee Legal Executive dealing with divorce settlement and often appearing at court for child contact/safeguarding issues. She has extensive experience of dealing with Asylum and Human Rights cases having worked at Tower Hamlets Law Centre.
Kriti also worked as an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor safeguarding vulnerable women and children at high risk of homicide.
Kriti speaks fluent Nepali and conversational Hindi/Urdu.
