Justyna Frac

Senior Caseworker

Justyna is a senior member of our Personal & Family Immigration team.

Justyna has developed a particular expertise in applications made by European nationals and their family members and is happy to assist with all European matters – from the more straightforward to the most complex.

Justyna can also assist with all aspects of general immigration, including applications for partners, children and other relatives as well as long residence, applications outside the rules and naturalisation. She successfully represented the applicants in the key cases of Mombeshora v SSHD [2013] EWHC 1252 and R (ex parte Din) v SSHD [2018] EWHC 1046 . The latter case was widely reported as an unusual example of a Judicial Review where the court exercised its power to determine a question of fact, in that case whether the applicant was a British citizen.

Justyna graduated with a Masters in Law from the University Marie Curie-Sklodowska in Poland in 2006 and then went on to complete an ILEX level 3 Mixed Assessment Professional Diploma in Law in Oxford. She joined Turpin Miller in 2008.

Justyna speaks fluent Polish and is able to prepare legal documents in Polish for a variety of purposes (eg power of attorney, no impediment to marriage etc).
