The wonderful solicitors Turpin Miller got everything together. Such was the quality of the evidence they collated that the FTJ asked me to pass on his thanks for an "exceptionally well put together bundle". We then had a total of 7 witnesses to call and again Turpin Miller organised everyone so that they were on hand to testify remotely when required.
The entire process was very well organised. Outcome of all this diligence? Appeal allowed on the day after being told "I don't need to hear from you..." She previously graduated from Edinburgh University with a Masters degree in Chinese having also studied for a year at the Dalian University of Technology in China. She has received a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law.
Lucy is accredited as a Senior Caseworker by the Law Society and received a Social Welfare Solicitor Qualification Fund 2023 award towards SQE qualification.
She works on a broad range of private and legal aid cases, specialising in matters relating to family and private life, domestic violence, and nationality.
