Tom Giles
Tom Giles is a Solicitor and the Head of the Immigration Team in Oxford.
He obtained his professional qualifications from the University of Westminster and trained at Turpin & Miller LLP.
He joined Turpin & Miller LLP as a caseworker in 2004, started his training contract in 2005 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2007.
Tom specialises in detained work, with extensive experience of bail, criminal deportation, judicial review and human rights work.
Tom was the Solicitor for BA in BA (Nigeria) and PE (Cameroon) v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2009] UKSC 7
