Clare Miller

Clare Miller is a Solicitor and one of the founding Partners of Turpin & Miller LLP. She specialises in Immigration law with a particular interest and expertise in Zimbabwean cases.
She works in the Oxford office.
She also has responsibility for complaints within the firm. She is a LSC Accredited Supervisor.
She studied Biology at York University and then went on to qualify as a teacher at the Institute of Education in London and taught in London and Zimbabwe before coming to the law. She obtained her professional qualification at Oxford Brookes University and trained at Linnells, qualifying as a Solicitor in 1998.
In 2002 she established Turpin and Miller Solicitors with Philip Turpin.
She speaks some Shona.
Clare represented one of the Appellants in the reported country guidance case of EM and Others (Returnees) Zimbabwe CG [2011] UKUT 98 (IAC)
