  • Offer advice on your entitlement to benefits. We also work closely in partnership with Oxfordshire Welfare Rights Association.
  • Depending on your circumstances, offer advice on what you can do to increase your income. Many people get into debt because they don't claim all the benefits to which they are entitled.
  • Negotiate with creditors on your behalf.
  • Represent you in the County Court on matters concerning credit debts.
  • Help with bankruptcy / insolvency / debt relief order queries.
