Justyna Frac is a Senior Caseworker in the Immigration team.
Justyna obtained a Masters in Law from the University Marie Curie-Sklodowska in Poland in 2006 and then went on to complete an ILEX level 3 Mixed Assessment Professional Diploma in Law in Oxford. In 2008 she was accredited as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration Accreditation Scheme.
Justyna joined our team in August 2008 and, since that time has developed a particular expertise in applications made by EEA nationals and their family members. She now heads up our European Casework and is happy to assist with all European matters – from the most straightforward to the most complex.
Justyna can also assist with all aspects of general immigration, including applications for partners, children and other relatives as well as long residence, applications outside the rules and naturalisation.
She represented the applicant in the key case of Mombeshora v SSHD  EWHC 1252, in which the High Court considered the circumstances in which failure to answer particular questions on a Home Office form renders the entire application ‘invalid’.
Justyna also speaks Polish and is able to prepare legal documents in Polish for a variety of purposes (eg power of attorney, no impediment to marriage etc).
