Elvana Cela is a Senior Caseworker in the Immigration team.
Elvana joined the firm in 2005. She is able to assist with all aspects of European and general immigration, including applications for partners, children and other relatives as well as long residence, applications outside the rules and naturalisation.
She has a particular interest in assisting with applications based on the right to family life and matters affecting those serving in the armed forces.
She also has a degree in International Relations from Oxford Brookes University.
