Charlotte Robinson is a Caseworker in the Immigration team.
Charlotte has a first class degree in Modern Languages and a Masters in Migration Studies. She spent her early career working in the higher education sector in Russia and the Middle East before being appointed to a senior role in the International Office of a leading UK university.
Charlotte’s expertise lies in designing compliance procedures and developing institutional policies to meet Home Office requirements within the points based system. From 2009–2014, she worked as an Immigration Compliance Manager, managing the university’s Tier 2 and Tier 4 licenses, developing compliant policies and procedures across the institution, and supervising a team of immigration advisers. She has led cross-institutional working groups to design and implement enrolment and attendance monitoring procedures, and worked on the development of data management software. She is an experienced Level 1 User of the Sponsor Management System (SMS).
Charlotte also has a wealth of experience advising clients on a range of immigration issues including partner applications, visits for business and tourism, settlement, and naturalisation. She is based in our Oxford office but is happy to travel to clients’ premises to provide advice and training.
