Agim Kamberi is a Senior Caseworker in the Immigration team.
Agim graduated with a degree in Publishing and Business from Oxford Brookes University. He joined Turpin & Miller LLP when it was established in 2002 and has worked exclusively in immigration and asylum law since that time. He is accredited as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration Accreditation Scheme.
Agim has a particular interest in applications by EEA nationals and those seeking to naturalise as British citizens. He also assists unaccompanied minors seeking asylum or extensions of stay and those making applications on human rights grounds.
Agim represented the appellant in the Court of Appeal case of OH (Serbia and Montenegro) v SSHD  EWCA Civ 694.
Agim also speaks Albanian and Italian.
